Captive Lease
The leasing company signs a cooperative agreement with equipment supplier. The former will provide financial leasing services to the clients recommended by the latter. For the equipment supplier, the captive lease means integrating the financial lease into its marking system, which will improve the equipment supplier’s competiveness and increase its market share. The client will be able to use the equipment even when the client is undercapitalized.
